Yoga

Yoga is a form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing. It was developed over 5,000 years ago. There are now differing styles of yoga based on the foundations established by the Indus-Sarasvati civilization in Northern India.

Here at Head to Toe Holistic I focus on yoga flow or vinyasa, for me its a spiritual practice its not about looking good for instagram or facebook or to feed my ego & I pride myself on not being a ‘stereotypical’ teacher.

My classes are friendly and fun with a focus on what your body is able to achieve on that day, in that moment. My aim is to help you get the best from your class and guide you in your practice.

My classes

Like everyone, my business has been affected by the restrictions placed on us during the covid-19 pandemic. As a result, I currently run classes on Zoom and in small groups at my regular locations. Check out my dedicated Class timetable page and Sign up to my mailing list for further updates.

I teach group yoga classes in Haverhill at various location and hold 1-1 sessions by appointment. I am also available to provide custom group sessions for parties and events. Contact me to find out more.

My yoga class at the Old Independent church Haverhill Hamlet Road CB9 8EF is every Wednesday 7:45-8:45pm is £6 a session or block pay £30 for 6 It is open to all, from those who have never tried yoga right through to experienced practitioners. Booking is essential.
