Information I collect about you
At Head to Toe Holistic I collect information about you when you use our contact form to get in touch with us, make a booking, join my mailing list or comment on my news posts and stories.
For users that register on my Website (if any), I store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
I will use the information provided to contact you if your enquiry or comment requires a reply, or to send you information via my mailing list. I will not share your information with anyone else unless required to do so by law.
You have the right to request a copy of the information that I hold about you. If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal information, please contact us. Photographic ID will be required before your request can be fulfilled. I will provide the information within 60 days in PDF format.
I want to make sure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. You may ask us to correct or remove information you think is inaccurate. This request will be actioned within 60 Days.
You will not be ordinarily asked to upload images to the Website. However, if you do you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the Website may be able to download and extract any location data from images on the Website.
Sometimes I will take pictures at classes and of treatment set ups to be used for Website content. Before I do, I will ensure that clients are aware of the photography and its use. Clients will have the option to opt out of any photography. Treatment set up photography will not include clients.
Cookies
Cookies are text files placed on your computer to collect standard internet log information and visitor behaviour information. This Website uses Google Analytics which tracks visitor behaviour via cookies and compiles statistical reports on Website activity.

Booking and Cancellation
Bookings
Booking for treatments can be made online & are subject to a £10 deposit which is transferrable to your next booking should you need to cancel/rearrange, this deposit will be deducted from your overall bill on the day or treatment. You will need to confirm your booking via Fresha when requested to do so.
Bookings may also be made over the phone, via email, WhatsApp or text. All bookings made in this way will require a £10 deposit to be paid in order to confirm your booking with me, I will send you a payment link so this can be paid, please note if I do not receive your deposit within 24hrs I will not hold your booking.
Cancellations
When you book with me you are booking a fully qualified and trained therapist and instructor.
Like yours my time is valuable, this policy has been developed with that in mind to support us both. I know that sometimes things don’t always go to plan so please contact me as soon as possible if you no longer require your scheduled appointment & your deposit will be transferred as mentioned above.
If you do not show up for your treatment, I will require the FULL cost of your missed treatment before you can re-book with me in the future.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment please do not attend, I schedule my appointments to allow for cleaning time between clients, therefore I will be unable to offer a quality service to the next person if I overrun. You will not receive a refund on your session in this instance but are welcome to re-book.
Additionally if you are late for you treatment I reserve the right to shorten the treatment time in order to prepare for the next client.
Booking Fee
A booking fee of £10 will be taken via telephone or online prior to your booking is confirmed. Please do not attend a provisional booking your booking is only confirmed on receipt of deposit or via Fresha if booked online.
My working days are Tuesday to Friday however you can contact me via telephone, email, WhatsApp any-time and I will get back to you.
COVID-19 & general wellness
All my classes and treatments are in line with the latest government advice, guidance and restrictions for Covid-19. I also adhere to the advice and guidance of my councils and associations and EMD UK (the national governing body for group exercise).
All my classes are subject to risk assessments which are in accordance with and have been signed off by third party-owned or managed facilities I use to teach. Each facility I use has their own risk assessment. I have reviewed these and am satisfied that it is comprehensive and means it is safe for me to teach and for my clients.
Please do not attend class or treatment if you are feeling unwell.
Equipment
Students are encouraged to bring their own equipment to classes. I do have some equipment available which you are welcome to borrow if required, in instances where specific equipment is required for the class planned I will provide as necessary. Equipment should not be shared between class members.
All equipment required for treatments will be provided, retained and sanitised by me.
Sanitisation
Rigorous and frequent cleaning and hygiene procedures will be followed. All my equipment is thoroughly sanitised between treatments.
Staff & Customer Wellbeing
I am committed to the wellbeing all my customers. If you have any COVID-19 symptoms and in fact any heavy cold/flu like symptoms or stomach distresses, you should not attend your appointment or class and should cancel as soon as you show symptoms. If you are unsure play safe & please do not attend. In accordance with my booking policy I reserve the right to retain your booking fee if notice of cancellation is received within 24 hours.
I would prefer if you are housed with someone who has contracted COVID-19 or heavy cold/flu or stomach distress that you do not attend your treatment or class, please notify me as soon as you can.
I will inform you at my earliest of the above illnesses affecting me & class/treatment cancelations to avoid inconveniencing you.
