Yoga

Yoga is a form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing. It was developed over 5,000 years ago. There are now differing styles of yoga based on the foundations established by the Indus-Sarasvati civilization in Northern India.

Here at Head to Toe Holistic I focus on yoga flow or vinyasa, for me its a spiritual practice its not about looking good for instagram or facebook or to feed my ego & I pride myself on not being a ‘stereotypical’ teacher.

My classes are friendly and fun with a focus on what your body is able to achieve on that day, in that moment. My aim is to help you get the best from your class and guide you in your practice.

My classes

On a Wednesday class is held at the Old Independent church Haverhill 7:30-8:30pm Hamlet Road CB9 8EF & Friday chair yoga 10-11am at the same location.

Last Friday of each month, Yin yoga & meditation at Hundon village hall 6:30-7:45pm North St, Hundon, Sudbury CO10 8EE

Open to all, from those who have never tried yoga right through to experienced practitioners.
