** Yin Yoga & meditation class runs on the last Friday of the month. Every month of the year except December.

Classes are available on a weekly drop in basis, though please contact me prior to attending your first class. There are occasions where I may be away & I’d hate for you to turn up while I’m not there.

If you prefer classes can be purchased in blocks of 6, £37-£42 (price varies dependent on class) You’re welcome to pay cash, back or on card

Sadly I no longer offer one to one sessions. I can however recommend some wonderful teachers in the area & would be happy to pass you their details on request.
